However, some go to extent of consuming steroids that are not only illegal but extremely dangerous as well. Diligent bodybuilders who are aware of the bodybuilding dangers that accompany the use of steroids will stay away from them. Also they wish to avoid the disgrace that comes with the illegal use of such supplements. They will want benefit from the best legal bodybuilding supplements available. A lot of bodybuilding supplements are there but roughly they can be divided into four main classes. They are multivitamins, proteins or amino acids, supplements for specific goals and creatine based supplements.
Sports persons and body builders usually consume certain bodybuilding supplements, especially bodybuilding bulking supplements. They contain substances like metal replacement products, prohormones, amino acids and proteins and testosterone boosters. They help in developing muscles and make up for fat reduction and improve performance in sports.

It is necessary to keep away from such dangers of bodybuilding supplements. The most grossly misused supplement is called anabolic steroids. They help in gaining muscle mass much faster than is possible in natural bodybuilding. However the side effects are one of the major causes of bodybuilding dangers.
