Take your Multivitamins!

A multi-vitamin is one of the most important (and perhaps most underestimated) supplements a bodybuilder can use. In order for our bodies to perform to their maximum potential it’s absolutely imperative that we receive the necessary vitamins and minerals on a daily basis. Taking a high potency multivitamin/multimineral supplement will ensure that you have everything you need for optimum growth and health.

Multivitamins are especially useful for those of us who dislike fruit and vegetables.

Mutivitamins are very useful, they can supplement a diet poor in the correct nutrients due to people not eating enough from fruits/vegetables. Athletes require more than normal also due to out extra training requirements.
I am not a fan of these strong multivitamins though, overdosed and are wasted through your urine, ever had bright yellow pee? well this is wasted vitamins/minerals as the body cannot absorp them quick enough.
Best idea is to get a lower dose supplement or split them up and take through the day
